
Michael Darling is a creator, fabricator, and educator with a passion for merging materials, technology, and storytelling into transformative experiences. His career spans building sculptural environments, to his work as the technical director for Richard Foreman’s Ontological-Hysteric Theater, and designing technical systems for large-scale productions such as CNP’s Prometheus Bound.
Michael has been a faculty member at CalArts since 2003, where he reimagined the School of Theater’s Technical Direction program to include themed environments and experiential design. His work has shaped a generation of creative facilitators and technical designers who are leading the industry today

Chadney is a visionary Creative Director with expertise in Immersive Arts, Experience Design, Narrative Development, and Strategic Leadership
His track record includes successfully leading large-scale creative projects, building and guiding high-performing creative teams, and driving highly successful campaign strategies in experiential marketing and product development
Most recently, Chadney was a Senior Creative Director for Meow Wolf, overseeing a wide range of projects, including leading the design of Meow Wolf’s most ambitious exhibit to date, budgeted at $140 million; developing product design strategies; and founding a department focused on long-term exhibit success strategies
Prior to Meow Wolf, he spent 10 years in Film and TV, on such productions as Breaking Bad and No Country For Old Men

Meason is a creative technologist and experiential design leader, trained at CalArts, with an MFA in Music Technology. His career has been defined by a unique ability to bridge art, engineering, and storytelling
At Meow Wolf, Meason led and contributed to more than two dozen immersive installations, guiding cross-disciplinary teams and multimillion-dollar projects. He also served as Director of Research & Development, driving innovation strategies for future exhibitions
Meason was a professor at CalArts and Austin Community College, where he taught Immersive & Mechanical Design, Audio Synthesis, Visual Programming, and Interactive Design, as well as creating platforms for artists and technologists to share their work with the global community. His teaching reflects the same philosophy that drives his practice: innovation is born from openness, curiosity, and the courage to experiment
